个人简介
唐述杰,中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所青年研究员。2009年毕业于山东大学物理学院,获学士学位; 2015年毕业于中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所,获博士学位;后于斯坦福大学从事博士后研究,合作导师沈志勋院士。于2019年4月加入上海微系统所。
长期从事二维量子材料领域研究工作,面向新一代微电子技术亟需的新材料与新物理现象,专注于二维量子材料原子级精确制备和制备技术开发,并开展基于角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)和扫描隧道显微镜(STM)的电子结构研究。在高质量二维电子材料制备、拓扑和多体相互作用等领域取得多项创新性成果。共发表SCI论文20余篇,包括Nature Physics, Nature communications等一作及通讯作者论文,Science, Nature,Nature Nanotechnology等合作文章,授权发明专利7件。总引用2600余次,谷歌学术H因子21。曾受邀在美国物理学年会作特邀报告,研究成果作为主要内容获得上海市自然科学一等奖。
