个人履历
黄宣棋,现任中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所副研究员。2015年获复旦大学材料物理专业学士学位,2020年获美国亚利桑那州立大学(ASU)电子工程系博士学位。曾在海思技术有限公司从事射频滤波器研发工作。于2024年9月加入中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所。
主要研究方向为三五族氮化物材料、器件与系统研究。在Nano Energy,ACS Photonics和 Applied Physics Letters等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,累计被引用1700余次(Google Scholar),申请并获授权多项国内外专利。
