Recruitment Requirements

1. Ph.D in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields;

2. Proficient in materials informatics and AI applications for material property prediction and structure generation;

3. Skilled in Python programming and mainstream ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), with experience in big data processing and modeling;

4. Priority given to candidates with experience in generative AI models for material design.

Job Description

1. Develop and apply AI models to enhance inverse design and performance optimization of IC materials;

2. Construct process-structure-property relationship models for systematic optimization and design;

3. Publish high-impact research papers and file patents to generate intellectual property.
