Recruitment Requirements

1. Ph.D in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related disciplines；

2. Expertise in multiscale material simulation methods (e.g., DFT, MD, phase-field) with substantial theoretical and practical experience；

3. Demonstrated experience applying AI to material modeling, such as ML potential development or cross-scale modeling；

4. Proficient in Python programming with strong scientific computing skills；

5. Familiarity with IC material systems and their key physicochemical mechanisms (electrical/thermal/mechanical properties).

Job Description

1. Develop AI-enhanced multiscale simulation frameworks to investigate IC materials' physicochemical behaviors across scales；

2. Integrate machine learning with physical models to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency；

3. Publish high-impact research papers and file patents to generate intellectual property.
