Recruitment Requirements

1. Major in communication, microelectronics, microwave, materials and other related majors, master's degree or above;

2. Familiar with the basic theories and technologies of RF devices, material growth or micro-nano processing technology, and have relevant scientific research or work experience in the field of RF or MEMS process integration;

3. Have a strong interest in RF device structure design and process research and development, eager to work in related fields.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the process development and optimization of RF bulk acoustic wave filters, including key material growth, process integration design, device tape-out and performance testing and analysis, etc.;

2. Collaborative design and R&D personnel to carry out device design, device structure and process optimization, and improve device performance;

3. Organize the research and development of key process integration technologies and difficulties of RF bulk acoustic wave filters;

4. Combined with the practical application requirements of high frequency and large bandwidth, explore the device structure and integration technology of new resonators and RF filters.
