Recruitment Requirements
1. Interdisciplinary or other related majors in microelectronics, physical chemistry, materials, communications; Experience in RF filter research is preferred;
2. Familiar with the basic theory and technology of RF devices, with 2 years or more of experience in acoustic devices, RF devices, filter design or related work experience;
3. Proficient in RF device design and simulation software, have a strong interest in RF device design and technology, eager to engage in scientific research in related fields.
Job Description
1. Research on model construction, device simulation design, layout design, etc. of RF bulk acoustic wave resonator and filter;
2. Cooperate with process R&D personnel to conduct device tape-out, performance testing and fitting analysis, optimize device structure, and improve device performance;
3. Combined with the practical application requirements of high frequency and large bandwidth, design the bulk acoustic wave filter and topology to achieve the characteristics of high frequency and large bandwidth filtering;
4. Research and develop high-frequency bulk acoustic wave filters with new structures and new principles, and explore new applications based on bulk acoustic wave resonators.
