Recruitment Requirements

1. Ph.D in Microelectronics, Materials, Electrochemistry, or related fields;

2. Familiarity with the fundamental principles of integrated circuit processes and devices, understanding of the basic theories and technologies of thin-film material growth or micro/nano-fabrication processes, and experience in integrated circuit-related research or work;

3. Proficiency in material analysis and characterization methods, as well as device characterization techniques;

4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in integrated circuit material or process development.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the development and validation of electrochemical polishing and electrochemical etching processes;

2. Develop new integrated circuit processes based on electrochemical principles;

3. Review scientific literature such as research papers;

4. Apply for relevant research projects, filing patents (intellectual property rights of R&D results), and publish papers;

5. Communicate with relevant departments to ensure the timely progress of research projects.
