Xuanqi HUANG, associate professor at Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Materials Physics from Fudan University in 2015 and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2020. He has previously worked on the research and development of radio frequency filters at HiSilicon Technologies Co., Ltd. He joined the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in September 2024. 

His main research focus is on the research of aluminum nitride materials and devices. He has published over 40 SCI papers in journals such as Nano Energy, ACS Photonics, and Applied Physics Letters, with more than 1700 citations in total (according to Google Scholar), and has applied for and been granted multiple domestic and international patents.
