Academy培训项目

作为一家科技领先的公司，爱德万测试始终关注专业技术团队的培养。爱德万测试的Academy 培训计划为行业新人提供了为期一年的系统、完整的专业技术培训，它能够帮助年轻的你走上职业发展的快行道，从而与公司业务共同成长。从2005年开始，已经有超过140位优秀毕业生加入Academy培训计划并毕业，开始了在爱德万测试的充满机遇与挑战的职业发展。

Academy 计划是一个为期12个月的系统、完整的专业技术培训项目。Academy培训计划通过合理的课程配置、专业的培训指导、能力的提高和有针对性的项目实习，卓有成效地培训半导体测试行业的新人。

Academy Program – IC Test Engineer (Location: Shanghai)

工作地点：上海

工作职责：

- 为SOC芯片设计测试解决方案，基于Advantest的SOC测试系统开发或转化测试程序

- 优化测试程序以降低测试成本和提高测试的故障覆盖率

- 为客户设计测试接口板并提供咨询服务

- 为SOC测试系统的全球客户提供售前和售后支持

- 解决顾客在工程开发和生产中的问题

- 总结项目中的知识和经验并建立文档

- 在项目执行过程中，与包括总部和现场支持在内的全球同事合作，共同服务客户

- 与客户有效沟通，确保服务能够满足客户的需求

基本要求：

- 微电子、电子工程、机械电子、射频和微波技术、自动化、仪器仪表、通信及相关学科的硕士毕业生

- 最好具有射频、数据通信和电路设计的背景

- 具有基本的C / C + +，Java或Perl编程技巧

- 喜爱技术工作，能够在压力下有效地学习和工作

- 具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力

- 具有良好的沟通技能

- 能够适应国内和海外出差的要求

- 拥有IC设计、IC应用开发或IC测试等方面的项目经验者优先
