Abstract: This presentation introduces free-standing phage-based magnetoelastic (ME) biosensors and their applications as a label-free wireless method for real-time pathogen detection. The ME biosensor is composed of a ME resonator that is coated with a bio-molecular recognition element that binds specifically with a target pathogen. Interrogated through magnetic signals, ME biosensors can provide real-time, remote, and specific detection of foodborne pathogens in water, buffer, liquid food and food surfaces. This presentation introduces the detection principle, the fabrication of ME biosensors and their current and future applications in high throughput screening of pathogens in food.
摘要:本报告将介绍最近开发的无束缚磁致伸缩生物传感器,及其在检测食品中微生物中的应用。无束缚磁致伸缩生物传感器包含两个部分:无束缚磁致伸缩谐振器及固定其上的生物敏感识别元件。磁致伸缩生物传感器由无线信号激发和检测,因此可实现无线,实时,精确的微生物检测。本次报告将介绍无束缚磁致伸缩生物传感器的构成、工作原理、制备及在食品安全领域中的应用。
